1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or telephone if a significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. The following rates and estimated delivery times apply:

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors such as customs processing or international logistics may cause slight delays.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AuraGlobalStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@auraglobalstore.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage for faster processing.
