Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones, Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are applied at checkout based on your location:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Newly added products are included in these shipping profiles by default.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For International shipments (outside the EU), AuraGlobalStore is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@auraglobalstore.com.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds & Inspection

Once we receive your item at our facility in Ponzano Veneto, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer's policies.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and the packaging and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
