We ship from Italy. All delivery times (typically 5–20 business days for Italy/EU and 10–30 business days internationally) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with our policy, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
